Village-Making Tours & Farm Dinners
Join us to learn about Sparkroot, our work and our Village. Walk the lane, meet the goats, visit the farm, discuss ideas. Walk the path with us toward a Better Day.
On the first Sunday of each month, starting at 3 pm, Sparkroot Farm offers Village-making tours of the land, farm and gardens. Meet at the Farmhouse on the hilltop.
Partners in Sparkroot's Village-Making School, Chef Kabui and Director, Alisa Esposito offer "Decolonization Dinners" a few times a year, and by request. Sit down and wonder aloud with us if the standard narrative of Western Civilization really happened as it's taught in government schools. We'll discuss culture, race, religion, colonization, government, elderhood, tribal life versus the nuclear family, and what a sane, whole village life might look like. Among other things your not supposed to discuss, although we're very polite company, and look forward to taking care of you at our table.
